As a self-proclaimed adventure junkie, maintaining her health and constantly seeking out ways to improve her body’s own performance has been vital to feeding her cravings for adventure. Bodywork has been a part of her life and helped her achieve those desires for over fifteen years now. She started her journey as an aid in a Physical Therapy office and from that moment on, was inspired to learn so much more! She attended UCMT and subsequently graduated from their Master Bodyworker Program. From there, she went on to learn the Ida Rolf method of Structural Integration and then Pete Egoscue Method for postural alignment. She’s volunteered her time working on collegiate athletes, worked in a Chiropractor’s office, had her own practice, and now has found the perfect fit with Structura Body Therapies. While working with these various modalities she has experienced and witnessed significant visible results in her clients. She has mastered the tools and techniques in order to address chronic complaints, re-educate the body to maintain proper postural alignment, prevent injuries, increase range of motion, diminish pain, and improve performance. She is able to get people back out seeking and going on their own adventures. “I simply doesn’t want to simply treat your symptoms, I aim to get to the root of your problems and with your active participation, solve them for good!”
